Non-disclosure

As common practice,I will sign non-disclosure agreement before any sensitive information is exchanged. This is a simple pdf document which can be emailed back and forth. Many clients have their own documents and thats fine too. 

 

Contract

For assignments such as editing jobs a simple non-discloslure agreement is usually sufficient. For longer commitments such as project development and protein design a more detailed consultancy contract might be desirable. I can provide layouts for this if needed.
